Welcome to Re/Max Belize Property Center North!  2011 was an exciting year seeing us open our newest franchise in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye!  We still maintain an office in Placencia as well but Ambergris Caye is a competitive and extremely in demand area.  Catering to baby boomers and retirees who wish to live in a beautiful Caribbean island, Ambergris Caye boasts amenities that are not found anywhere else in Belize.  

This year we opened our franchise and we operate two different offices at our flagship resorts.  One is located at Coco Beach and the other at Las Terrazas.  This year we partnered with Sandy Points Resorts which own Belizean Cove, Coco Beach, Belizean Shores and Coral Bay Villas.  We also would like to welcome our newest agents, Michael Wilson, Tammy Peterson, Sari Frank and her assistant Jason DeCost.
